Pros:: Professional, courteous, and friendly. I guess it is still family-owned.
Cons:: Nothing in particular.

Bought a used Civic some time ago. The inventory was sufficient for a variety of model years and grades. The salesman was courteous and professional. The whole buying process was pleasant.

We went back there for a new CRV. They offered a better price than the best quote from area Honda deale...
