I regularly took my TL in for service. The service technicians are knowledgeable and the current service manager was courteous. The service representatives, leave a bit to be desired. They, well some of them, appear to be flustered and quite honestly a bit rude routinely. If I could bypass that part of my experience I would have no complaints. Suggestions: A of Milford, ensure the service reps are WELL TRAINED and versed in customer service as they are the gateway to repeat customers. You can only accept so many discount coupons before you start to think your patronage is not appreciated.
