Well, my experience as a customer was text book car sales. I'm a former auto sales person and I called how this would work right from the beginning. The first sales person I delt with had left the dealership, which happens. The second sales person was a nice guy but new to the product line. Once the vehicle price was established and the money was exchanged, I felt like they could care less about me. I hadn't even driven off the lot yet and I felt ignored. When I arrived the next day I had to wait for someone to help me get all the paperwork signed and it was a long wait. Once the finance manager was done, he said "have a nice day" and I had to ask three times for the keys. Those help. I always showed my customers respect and jumped through hoops even after they left. My goal was return business, but I wouldn't recommend this dealership. The inventory was small, pressure was high, and professionalism was low (except my sales person). I even wanted to have the steering looked at but felt I would get a more honest experience if I just paid someone else. I love my vehicle, but that's another review. If i didn't have the sales experience I do, this review would be even worse. If you choose this place, do your homework and know what you're doing. If I didn't really want the vehicle I chose, I would have asked for my money back and left. Please note that my salesman was off the day I picked up the vehicle, otherwise this may have gone better. The staff almost lost the deal for that sales person. Sad!
