Pleased with my FX-35 from Harte Infiniti

In early October, I purchased a 2009 FX-35 from Harte Infiniti. Although I had initially visited the dealership to look at a 2008 FX-35 which I had seen on their web site, they also had a 2009 which had just come in that day from a lease. The salesperson was very courteous and allowed me to drive the 2008 as well as the 2009 on both local roads and the highway to get a feel for the vehicles. The 2008 was exactly as advertised for equipment and quality but the 2009 had every bell and whistle with low mileage and has the 7 speed transmission which was exceptionally smooth. We negotiated a price for the 2008 and the 2009 but did not close the deal on the first visit. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle on that day and the salesperson provided the history and vehicle reports for both of the vehicles. After additional research and another test drive, I decided to purchase the 2009 as it was very competitively priced and was in showroom condition. Since the dealership is 75 miles from my home, the sales manager provided a very clean loaner vehicle for me to drive home instead of having me drive another 150 miles in my own car to purchase the vehicle the next day. He also provided new floor mats for the vehicle without asking after the price had already been negotiated and agreed upon without me even asking. The purchase was very smooth with no hidden costs. The car was as advertised and is exceeding all expectations for performance and quality. I have been pleased with the follow up of the sales team, particularly the sales manager, as they provided the items which they said they would deliver after the sale. All in all, it has been a very positive experience. Since I live 10 miles from another Infiniti dealership, I will be having it serviced locally but even this transition has been very simple as all of the records are already in the Infiniti database.
