Awful Service

I had a 2002 passat and did all major service here. Nearly every time there were problems with the service. Either on a "wait" appointment they left the car outside for over an hour before I screamed and they started working on it; they overcharged me; they took three weeks to fix a problem on warrany - initially giving me a beetle for the first week as a loaner until I screamed and they rented me a better replacement vehicle. They lost the lug nut key and when I went someplace to buy tires, the retailer couldn't get the lug nuts off. Etc, Etc. If I was to ever buy another VW (which I won't) I certainly wouldn't buy it here.
