I visited your dealership on two occasions to service issues relating to parts under warranties. Both times, the service department tried to get around the warranty so that they may charge "a diagnostic fee" as well as other servicing fees. I spoke with the Acura corporate office who stated that Acura does not charge a "diagnostic fee" associated with products that are under warranty. Additionally, the customer service attitude was rude and confrontational. In fact today, the service manager, Kevin, specifically stated "we had the option to take our business elsewhere." The Greenwich Connecticut Acura deserves a zero stars rating.
