Zero stars, department refuses valid warranties

I visited your dealership on two occasions to service issues relating to parts under warranties. Both times, the service department tried to get around the warranty so that they may charge "a diagnostic fee" as well as other servicing fees. I spoke with the Acura corporate office who stated that Acura does not charge a "diagnostic fee" associated with products that are under warranty. Additionally, the customer service attitude was rude and confrontational. In fact today, the service manager, Kevin, specifically stated "we had the option to take our business elsewhere." The Greenwich Connecticut Acura deserves a zero stars rating.

I am really surprised that Kevin is still employed at Greenwich. I delt with him several years back and he has no clue in professionalism-very confrontational.
