Pros:: They always wash my car, the service guys are great
Cons:: none so far

I have 3 vehicles from these guys. The service departsments are clean and friendly, they always take care of me, far beyond what I would expect. I have a chevy truck, and 2 lexus. They always send me a reminder just before I find it's time to come in.
