overall good experience, sales person Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable. Finance guy tried to tack on some "extra" fees, need to have them explain each one in total dollars, not just monthly cost, but this is the same I have found at all other dealers. I did my homework on Edmunds and other sites. Test drove the Elanta Touring at Danbury then hit the internet. The TMV listed does seem a bit low though I only payed a little over $200 more for mine.
