Colonial Mazda

After being ignored by Wayne Mazda and bait and switched by Middletown Mazda, I asked my co-worker where he got his Mazda3. He directed me to Colonial Mazda, where I dealt with Roy Cairns [violative content deleted]. After I told him what I had already been through, he made the process so easy - agreed to the same financing that I had already secured, found my car in PA and had it picked up, and delivered on it. I went to pick it up, and despite the other folks in the store, he spent a lot of time reviewing each feature of the car with me. I drove out of there not having to fumble with any buttons; I knew just how everything worked. Roy kept constant communication with me throughout the week, ensuring that everything would run smoothly for me when I came to pick up the car. Even though I was buying one of Mazda's least expensive cars, I felt like I was buying a fleet of RX-8s. My husband was so impressed that we will be making the trek from NJ to Danbury, CT again to buy his new Mazda! It's a haul, but for good service, good prices, and good inventory, we certainly don't mind!
