I get my car back dirty everytime

The ONLY reason I brought my car in for service was to have a defective Sunvisor replaced in my NEW Elantra.  On my first visit I brought my car in to have it inspected for the defect, in about 30 minutes they told me they needed to order a new part and to come back.
