Paul our salesman called within one day of my online request with a very good price for the new Outback. While they did not have one in stock they committed to finding and getting one at the price offered. If it were not for an hour or so haggling over my trade in value it would have been about perfect. Unfortunately that started as a lowball price but untimately got to a fair price after speaking with the used car manager and the general manager. i just wish they would give the front line sales people more authority to close the deal...time would be saved for everyone. Delivery and prep for the car was fine and i got a call and email after taking delivery to check and assure everything was going well. overall a quick and relatively painless process and i love the car. The folks at Mitchells were very nice and we appreciated Paul's help. Now we'll see how the service process works...hopefully as well.
