Ed Bozarth Chevrolet lost our business today!!!

Pros:

Buying the Suburban was an easy process

Cons:

I question their honesty during warranty time, claim they can't fix, then charge once warr. expired!

We had a service tech who was great and I highly recommend him, it was the asst. mgr Ben who was so nasty and has no concept of customer service!!

I purchased my 2008 Chevy TBSS new from Ed Bozarth in Lonetree.  The sales exp was great.  And as a rule, I take my car/truck/suv in for service from whom I purchased it from.
