Pros:: Buying the Suburban was an easy process
Cons:: I question their honesty during warranty time, claim they can't fix, then charge once warr. expired!

We had a service tech who was great and I highly recommend him, it was the asst. mgr Ben who was so nasty and has no concept of customer service!!
