onI was unlucky to have purchased a vehicle from them AND have a Service from MB of Littleton. Both times the service was horrible. After the bad service in taking my car in for it's scheduled service, I said enough is enough and complained to the main manager of the dealership. I mentioned how I get better follow up from another MB dealership (Westminster), that I just visited, than his dealership where I bought a vehicle! Long story short, he promised me coupons etc......guess what, I never even received those even after my complaining to him(Terry). And nothing changed even after emails back and forth with him, which backs up my statement about how useless this dealership is.
Like the previous reviewer, I made up my mind never to use them again. I just got done taking my car to Murray Motors(MB of Denver) and right away even my wife commented on how she noticed the small extra things they did as soon as we got there. What a breath of fresh air!
I've already received more personal correspondence from Murray in 2 days than I have in the 2 years of owning my vehicle from Littleton. We encountered many people from the salesman to the office personnel and so many rude and unprofessional encounters we had, that there is no way it was co-incidental!
Like the previous reviewer, I expect decent service, not to get treatment like the damn dealer is doing me a favor!!!! And as I noted, I gave them an opportunity to correct my complaint, and nothing, absolutely nothing changed. Shop somewhere else!
