Horrible experience with Chrysler - We bought a Lemon Updated!

Updated!(10/16/14 09:37 PM UTC)- If I could give zero stars I would. Since we purchased the Jeep in April, we have had nothing but problems with it. Transmission problems, shifts extremely jerky when downshifting and it won't tow our 5,800 pound boat (including trailer) without overheating (268 degree engine oil temperature halfway to Idaho springs) even though the stated trailer capacity is 7,200 pounds. Chrysler has been absolutely horrible to deal with. We have filed a Lemon Law complaint and will be pursuing this matter under the advisement of an attorney. Our assigned case worker at Chrysler has stated that a person in the service department at this dealership who has been helping us told them there was nothing wrong with our transmission, after telling us that it was in terrible shape, and that we were towing far beyond the towing capacity of the vehicle. Simple math tells you otherwise. I am SO disappointed.

Original Review - My husband and I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway last week. It was the best car buying experience we've ever had. We worked with Scott N. and he truly treated us like family, understanding our needs and working with us to get us the perfect vehicle at a price we were comfortable with. We are in love with our new Jeep and thrilled to have worked with true professionals and genuinely good people.
