I had a VERY bad experience with another dealership and still had a bad taste in my mouth for all dealerships when a friend of mine recommended Peak Kia. I went to Peak Kia Greeley on her recommendation, and had a great experience - the staff was friendly and helpful. They were straightforward with me and didn't waste my time. They showed me the actual numbers (not just the vague blank paper with four numbers written with marker) and explained to me exactly what they could and couldn't do. I appreciated the fact that they allowed me to think about it and come back, and they gave me a written copy of the contract to examine at my leisure while I was thinking about it. That is something NO dealership I had been to was willing to do. They were patient with me and I had a good feeling about buying the car from them, I feel like I got a great deal. I've had it for a month now and I still love the car, and they never called me back to make me sign paperwork or change the terms (which is what the previous dealer had done). My car has a great warranty, so when I return for maintenance or repair work, I will rate their Service Department. If they are anything like their Sales Department, I won't be disappointed. I now recommend Peak Kia of Greeley to my friends.
