Rude service personell, Sloppy apperance, messy shop area in a old building. My car is either not starting, running or always has a check engine light on. I have not been pleased with the quality of work or how i have been treated by the "so called master techs " at Rickenbaugh. They seem to cater to a certain type of buyer and only if you bought from them. Seeing my car going fomr 0-60 to get parked was a major turn off. Having my car returned to me smelling like grease and body odor was also a major turn off. They never seem to have the parts needed for my car. this causes delays in repair and me without a vehicle for days at a time. "loaners" are available provided by a rental car company nearby and yes..if you did not purchase from them it will cost you. I needed to retreive some things from my car and went into the shop area and could not believe the work conditions there. I cannot believe OSHA has not shut this place down. I had to step over an overflowing drain of some kinda toxic waste into a dark damp basement, i thought i was going to pass out due to the heavy fumes of gas and exhaust. For the kind of cars they sell here they need to come into the 21's century and give this place a facelift....or tear it down and start over. This is the golden triangle ghetto of car dealerships in the denver area.
