It impressed me that Fred stepped in and pretty much gave me a stellar deal. I'm guessing it's because of a longer term service relationship that I'd plan on sustaining anyways. I was in a situation where I would have lost too much to do the deal on a car recent purchase that wasn't working out as hoped with my family. Glad I could buy a car from you guys as well as service there. The streamlined technology/paper work experience was slick too.... real time saver. <br><br><br><br>
