I was worried about the previous reviews, but had a completely opposite experience at Denver Suzuki. Bernard, Justin and Tilo were all extremely helpful, and worked very hard to get me the best deal. I got a great value, rapid service, and out of the dealership in their promised 1.5 hours. I love my new 2011 Kizashi SLS!
