I took my car in to get a seat and weather strip fixed. The dealer service department apparently never communicates with anyone else there to do work on the cars they sell. They had my car for 3 days and never called me to tell me the status. Well maybe once but that's it. They didn't even fix the seat properly! The service guy Erick said that's the first time that hes ever heard of them working on cars that they sell. Mike Shaw has a warranty that states to bring the car in 30 days after purchase and they'll take care of you. Well the service department doesn't even know this! they fixed my wheels but didn't fix my seat or weather stripping. They wanted $50 bucks to fix the seat guess who got the last laugh? they didn't even fix it properly either.
