I worked with the Internet sales rep, Jeff Hines. He was prompt with e-mail responses. I am more than pleased with the vehicle and purchase price. Never felt pressured, and he really did go above and beyond in making sure I was completely satisfied even after the papers were signed. There was a misunderstanding on my part regarding the options package I wanted. I wanted the SV model with just the bed liner and AUX input for an I-pod. I thought the bedliner package came with the Utility Track System and I thought the AUX input came standard on all cars. Jeff had the truck I wanted delivered and upon picking it up, I was dissapointed to see no AUX input and a bedliner without the Utility Track system. I was admittedly dissapointed but drove off the lot thinking there was nothing I could do. After contacting Jeff, he had me come in and reworked the deal to return my truck for the truck I wanted at a good discount. I could not be happier with the deal and would recommend checking out this dealer when buying a vehicle. I also recommend dealing with Jeff as he made sure the deal was right at the end of the day.
