Our Salesman Lou T. was GREAT!!! The first time I went into the dealership I told Lou that I was looking at 12 different make of cars that I was wanted to check out all the cars to narrow down my choices. He provided us information about the Acura TL and allowed us to test drive one. No pressure at all, we were able to leave when we wanted. A couple of day later I received a hand written thank you card for comining and checking out the car. This was the only dealership out of the 12 that I visted that sent me via snail mail a thank you. I did receive email thank you but nothing to me is as personal as a hand written note. Once I decided that I wanted to buty the Acura TL I had 4 different dealerships around me that I cdould have bought it from but decided I wanted to go back to Lou seeing he took the time to send me a card.
