Gotta say, I've bought several cars in my life and have never been treated so well in the process. The service was impeccable. I arrived to check out the Jeep Wranger on an extremely bitter cold, snowy day. The car was running, heater cranked, ready for my test drive. Almost everyone in the building said hello to me, my wife or my kids. After the test drive, the sales conversation was cordial and up-front. No high pressure stuff. They even gave coloring books to my boys to keep them occupied while I went over the numbers with my sales person, Rich. He took extra time to shop three different lenders to get me a better rate. That extra effort resulted in a lower rate...and lower payments for me. Then, once everything was done, I found Rich outside, in the same bitter cold, taking the license plates off my trade-in for me...helping me transfer belongings to my new Jeep. A+++++ experience. Really. This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Thank you guys! Oh...and BTW, I *LOVE* my Jeep!
