I know buying a used car isn't supposed to be a walk in the park, but this dealership makes it a nightmare. I went in very interested in a pre-owned SUV and was all ready to start negotiating with the dealer on the price (which was close to 20,000). Now I had done my research on trade-in value and what other cars have sold for and I had a price in mind which was obviously lower than the listing price. I wanted to come to a comfortable agreement by negotiating, which I have done with all my other cars I have purchased. You start low and come to an agreement somewhere in the middle, both sides are happy. This dealership didnít even give me a chance I told them my starting price of $17,000 and after having me sit there for about 30 minutes they came back and told me this wasnít the car for me and said they would off me three hundred less for the car. I was insulted by the offer but even more that I wasnít even given a chance and they were basically kicking me out the door. Buying a car is a big purchase and a lot of money I donít want to be taken advantage of but I would assume that I would be treated with a little ounce of respect and decency! DO NOT go to Brighton Ford they are obviously not in the business of selling cars.
