First dealt with Frank in Internet Sales about the 2009 Ford Fusion SE V6 I was looking to buy and my price range and I was going to pay cash. He said he would call me back in a few days to see if I was still interested. He called me back and first informed me the car I was interested in was sold to someone else. He then called me back and said the financing fell through and that I could come in to test drive the vehicle. He was very friendly and informative on the phone. I went in to test drive 2 used Fusions SEs, the 2009 V6 and the 2010 V4. I worked with Gene and told him I was going to pay cash and the 'out the door' price I wanted. He worked up some numbers and went to the Sales Mgr once, and came back with a price within $300 of what I wanted to pay and I agreed. No further haggling needed. Also helped I knew what I wanted to pay and was paying cash for the vehicle.
