I have owned an RX-8 for 3 years and in that time had used gateway mazda for maintenence and repairs.... bills totaling over $9000... i went to sell my car and after much time finding a buyer, they drove and loved the car and took it to thier mechanic, who also said the vehicle was in great shape...

Poor Service

Pros:

Clean waiting area.

Cons:

They really didn't seem to know what they were doing.

I brought my Mazda in because one of my headlights was out.  They told me they were unable to fix it correctly at the time because there was an electrical problem.  They put in a bulb but there was only a dim light from the headlight.  They charged me about $60.  Later I replaced the fuse under t...
