Rebate Incentives and Special Financing
by geeves229 on Mon May 05 19:39:23 PDT 2008
looking at edmunds it says that special financing cannot be combined with customer cash incentive. Has anyone got 2.9 for 60 mos, and got the 1,500 customer cash + the 1,000 loyalty? Just wondering if dealerships actually stick by that.
where to begin

just got a mailer from my dealer. I'm confused on so many levels. First, it lists a T&C SE "New Day" model for $199/36 mos with $1995 due at signing. This seems remarkably cheap, especially when looking at some of the prices posted here. 2nd, just what is this model? This exact terminology is listed nowhere on the Chrysler site that I can find. I'm ASSUMING it is referring to the Signature Series Value Package. But I really don't know for sure. The mailer does not list an MSRP or cap cost or any of that important information. Simply that its for this model for 36 mos for 10,500 miles per year. Now, I would want to get a higher mileage lease... and maybe that's where they "get ya"? Does anyone, by any chance, know all of the details of this lease deal? I'm interested in the residual percentage for 10,500, as well as 15k and 18k per year. How about the money factor? I'm also confused about the rebates. The mailer states they will pay 3 months of our remaining payments on our Pacifica lease, but this takes the place of a loyalty rebate. Considering the loyalty rebate is $1k and 3 of our payments would be over $1400, it seems like a good trade-off. But is this an accurate assessment?

OK,, so it's $13,826 off...... when I bought mine.....they made me borrow at least $10K....otherwise they were going to tack on another $1K also........so my final deal was $10 Cash + $10K loan + 2003 Alero strippo (ecotec 5spd..not even power windows / about 80K miles / bondo job where I opened it up like a tin can with zero radius lawn mower / dent in trunk (axe), dent in roof (fell off latter in garage / broke rib).....I doubt I could have sold it for $3K......so I figure it cost me $23K......sticker was just shy of $36K......Sales tax etc was separate issue back in my own state of Kansas. I thought it was the deal of the century?????? So, you thinking about buying one from Lee's Summit? I think the remaining stock there are all automatics......If so, tell Kim....Chris L. sent ya.

Just called Lee's Summit and was told by New Sales MGR discouunt for 07 Crossfires is $15,000.00 off MSRP, but when he quoted the total, he added back in 925.00 destination fee and 249.00 for some other fee. Bottom line it was not $15,000.00 off MSRP.

I got screwed..........in todays newspaper the ad now says $15K off ..last week it was only $14K off..the week before it was $12.5K off .they have 13 left on their website.....all are automatics 3 Roadsters - 10 coupes......I think it's a brand new dealership & they appear desperate to meet a 1st year goal.....cause another dealership in the KC area has 17 in stock & they aren't advertising such a deal???? I paid < $23K....6 speed. 24 miles on odometer.
