The 1LT's interior only comes in black and two-thirds of all Corvette coupes built for 2009 have a black interior.

You might still be able to go down a little further. There are still a few new, 2008 1LT manuals at dealers. $4K factory to dealer cash, too. Found that out on the the gm.ebay.com site where California dealers are selling GM cars.

Interior and exterior convenience packages. Camper mirrors and camper package, 17" all terrain tires with aluminum wheels plus other options. The price after the $1,500 and $2,000 rebates was $39,018 + TT&L. MSRP was $46,000+

The prices I have been given are all in the mid $40s (AR and TX) which I think is still too high. I'd be willing to travel for a better deal.
