I don't even know how to begin reviewing this dealership and its staff. I actually found Penske Audi and their great fleet manager Jerry Loh on edmunds.com after not getting the deal I wanted, plus getting a rude staff at other dealerships. I saw the positive reviews and on a whim decided to e-mail this guy and see what he had to offer. Boy was I in for a surprise. Jerry got back to me (and this is no exaggeration) 15-20 minutes after I sent him my first e-mail. (and this was at 9 or 10pm at night). He was very up front, accommodating, and very professional via e-mail. We pretty much struck a deal days before I stepped foot on the showroom floor. I know, right! And when I got to Penske Audi in West Covina, the staff and the service was beyond excellent! We got down to business, no gimmicks, no "pulling a fast one." I honestly spent a total of maybe 1.5 hours from stepping through the automated sliding doors to the showroom to starting the engine to my brand new 2009 Audi A4. And mind you this was not 90 minutes of pulling my hair, staring at the wall while they convened in the back office, hearing sales pitch mumbo jumbo, nothing like that! They were very upfront, very courteous and made for such a relaxed car buying environment. No one can ever put "relaxed" and "car buying experience" in the same sentence. Unless they've visited Penske Audi in West Covina. The other sales associate, Kirsten, was just as awesome! She showed a real appreciation for my time and did her best to make things run smoothly and quickly. Also, she was very skilled and educated. In other words, she knew her stuff about Audi's! She took me on a quick but informative tour on what I was in for with audi's new MMI system. For God's sake, she even took a bottle of cleaner and a couple towels when we saw watermarks after it was detailed. Talk about going above and beyond the line of duty. Even the finance office, where at other dealerships, you sit there thinking you'd rather be sitting in a dentist's chair while he holds a big drill, was a breeze! No haggles, no made up stories, no threats if you don't purchase the 23-year extended warranty. All in all, this staff knows the values of TRUE customer service satisfaction. Customer service starts in management and trickles all the way down, and as the client and consumer, being treated with amazing customer service goes a long way. After all that, I'm at a loss for words and still feel like I have not done justice to describe how great this dealership and this auto-buying experience was for me. So if you're in the market for an Audi and live in the greater los angeles area, do yourself a favor, save yourself the heartache and go DIRECTLY to Jerry Loh and his amazing sales staff at Penske Audi in West Covina.
