Our sales person, Marcos, was helpful and nice, but not pushy. I really appreciated that. I told him we just wanted to test drive the car, and then I would do my homework, (i.e. call other dealerships, go to edmonds.com, etc.), then get back to him later and give him the opportunity to have my business. He assured me that he would beat anyone else's deal. I later went back with the edmonds fair price, and they met the price, and even beat the edmonds fair price on my trade-in. They said they would give me the best deal possible, and I believe they did. Marcos lived up to his word, and was very pleasant to deal with. He was very low-keyed and used no high pressure tactics. Overall, one of my most pleasant car-buying experiences ever.
