I wasn't even interested in a Honda, but I thought I'd better try the Fit, just to complete my hatchback research. As it turned out, Walnut Creek Honda had, by far and away, the best customer process. I contacted them via their website form and received a response in less than an hour (none of the other local dealers matched that). The appointment was set, the car was ready for me to drive, and when I finished, an email with the price was on my phone as I walked away. Very easy. There was zero pressure (the only dealer that did NOT pressure me) and I enjoyed working with Eric Carr. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because the gentleman doing the actual financial processing tried to sell me stuff I didn't want. Not cool and seemed out-of-sync with the rest of the experience. I ordered a model in a colour that wasn't on the lot, but it was there the next day.
