This dealership gave wrong diagnosis for "cranks but not start", said was immobilizer in key, and charged for new key. When I brought it back for same trouble, they did not charge for fix, gave me a rental for free and most of all maintained courtesy. These days unfortunately COURTESY is hard to come by but Lawrence Volvo has never fell short. I continue to drive out of my way even forsaking a cheap fix because of the royal treatment.
