Very happy with this experience. I traveled from out of state because of the customer service that Todd Kessler and the rest of the team at Galpin provided. This made the car buying experience very easy and Todd was even kind enough to pick me up from the airport.

Todd Kessler is the person that you want to see when you are shopping for a new Lincoln or Volvo. He is a person of character and went out of his way when we purchased our new Lincoln MKZ (3rd one). My wife was out of the country and Todd was able to send the papers to Israel via FedEx so that we could complete the process and take advantage of the pricing. The day I came in to sign the papers, he found another rebate and even lowered the price. As I said before, Todd is the person to see at Galpin.

Great Car Purchase Experience at Galpin!

I recently made my first car Purchase through Galpin Lincoln, and the service was absolutely Great! Not to mention the location is beautiful and complete with a STARBUCKS in the dealership with FREE coffee for customers. My sales person, Eric Felder, took the stress out of my car buying experience and I am extremely happy with my deal. Get your Next car at Galpin! They really know Great Customer Service! :)

When purchasing a vehicle you want to trust in your salesperson and in the dealership. Todd Kessler @Galpin took the time to earn my trust. As with any purchase you are skeptical and weary of pressure salespeople and dealerships. Todd listened to what I wanted and took the time over two days to find me that vehicle. I showed him other deals that were offered to me from other dealerships and he bettered those deals. To go above and beyond, I needed some add ons to my truck and Todd contacted several manufactures (not affiliated with Galpin) and made sure I got good deals there also.

Eric Felder at Galpin is the only person I will ever deal with when leasing or buying a car. His level of service was so extraordinary that I felt like I had known him for 20 years. STeve Sullivan is my service guy and has been for years. The can't buy a car from anyone other than Galpin for this reason. I love these guys!

Galpin Lincoln, WOW!!! It really doesn't get much better. My sales person Todd Kessler was such a pleasure to deal with. His level of professionalism is hard to find in this world. I got an amazing deal on the car I wanted. Todd's expertise in Lincoln vehicles exceeds all expectations. This is not the first car I have purchased with Todd's assistance. My husband and I have been buying cars from him for the past five years. Thank you Todd for all the time a patience you spent with me to make sure I got the car I wanted. My advice to all you potential "auto buyers" is don't even consider anybody but Galpin to buy your new vehicles. You won't be sorry.

Pleasant car buying experience

Arrived at Galpin Lincoln/Volvo looking for pre-owned suv. We were greeted by Todd Kessler who made the experience enjoyable. Todd showed us a 2013 Volvo which we test drove. He was very educated and knew everything about the car and was not pushy. After the test drive I was interested in comparing the Volvo to the Lincoln. Todd knew exactly what I was looking for and put me in a gorgeous 2015 Lincoln MKX which included all the bells and whistles. Once I got into the car, I knew this was the one. After the test drive, Todd made the entire "purchasing" experience very enjoyable and as painless as possible. Todd was very professional and knew all the ins and outs and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Todd Kessler to anyone who is looking to purchase a car at Galpin!

Our 11/25/16 purchase of the Lincoln MKX at Galplin Motors and our experience Saleperson Todd Kessler can be summed up as simply excellent! Todd was very professional, friendly and best of all not pushy. He was patient during the entire process and really made it a point to make sure we selected the certified pre-owned car my wife was looking for, and were satisfied not only with the car but the final purchase price. Galpin should be please they have a great sales professional like Todd. I would definitely recommend friends to Todd and Galpin Motors.

Our first visit to Galpin Premier Collection was extraordinary. Lana Krizki was our sales executive and she made it a great experience. She made us feel very comfortable and has a welcoming and friendly personality. She took her time to show us the available cars and gave us time to consider our options before making our final decision. Lana explained and made sure we were comfortable with the car's operation, specs, etc before driving off. She made sure the car detailing was done to perfection and we were happy with the overall experience.We would definitely come back to Galpin Premier Collection and Lana Krizki for future car purchases.

Great Sales Experience with Todd Kessler

This is my first Lincoln. I was a Cadillac client for almost twenty years. I have friends that call me Cadillac Rick. After repeated mechanical setbacks with my Cadillacs, that reign has come to an end. I could no longer ignore what Lincoln has to offer in a vehicle. My fingers are officially crossed with this move to Lincoln, but if the product is half as good as my salesman's professionalism and focus on my needs, then I should have no problem in the future. I can't say enough about Todd Kessler. Although, trustworthy is the first word that comes to mind. It took just the right salesperson to get me to acknowledge that it was time for a change. Todd was very keen to my needs and guided me through Galpin's inventory, no small task, until we found "My Car". Because Todd put such a great deal together that included giving me more than Cadillac proposed for my broken trade-in without jacking up the price of my purchase, I shall no longer be referred to as Cadillac Rick! Thank you Todd Kessler...Galpin-Lincoln Salesman Extraordinaire.

Todd Kessler is OUTSTANDING at what he does and I'm deeply grateful that my new Lincoln MKC was provided through him. His knowledge, warm personality and patience put an otherwise stressful experience at ease. He's such a likable and humorous guy that came highly recommended by a friend. He definitely lived up to his reputation. Most importantly, all of my needs were accommodated and my wants far exceeded all expectation. I believe Galpin has the success that they enjoy because this entire dealership is on point! The staff felt sincere, kind and truly happy to be of service... from the gentleman that welcomed us at the door to our finance guy when we sealed the deal. That's super important to me! I drove away feeling very taken care of. Read their mission statement for everything you need to know. It's entirely true and in my opinion; it puts this business in a league of their own. My Car Shopping Experience

Todd Kessler was extremely professional and patient with me. I don't know much about Lincoln's and he took time explaining the different models and products available. I have been a Mercedes girl for years due to the level of service I get. Having met Todd and the staff at Galpin I will be definitely be back to buy a car when my lease is up at the end of the year.
