I dealt with Jason, the internet sales guy, thru email for the whole process. Got price and car and set up appointment to drive test and buy. Jason was happy and friendly. He never tried to upsell. I was looking for 2011 Corolla S and the dealership had 40 to choose from. After the test drive, we were ready to complete the deal. Jason got all his paper work done in a flash and we had to wait for the finance department because they had another customer in there. When it was finally our turn, the finance lady (sorry, forgot her name), was friendly and tried to sell us extended warranty and other stuff. We just declined and she was fine. Not pushy at all. Great place.
