I experienced excellent customer service at Team Superstores during a very stressful and aggravating two week period. I brought my 2010 Silverado to Team for 30K service; however, my truck had a bad crankshaft and needed power train repairs, which made me very upset and full of anxiety. I opened a case with GM Customer Service Assistance because I was very uncomfortable with owning a truck with only 32,186 miles and needing a new crankshaft, oil pump, main thrust bearings, rod bearings, main seal, etc. and was on the verge of never buying another GM product (I've owned 5; always GM trucks). Team, specifically the sales team of Sean, Dave, & Ken, rescued me as a loyal GM customer, and worked out a good deal to keep me part of the GM family. Those guys care about their customers, as does the entire TEAM! I'm much obliged, and once again a very satisfied customer of the product and the dealership!
