I had purchased a 2011 BMW 528i from this dealer in early July 2011. The dealer provided me a quote on the email and we had negotiated it over the phone. My sales person is Robert he was very mature, professional and his email were detailed and complete. Also I negotiate hard on pricing and I was very happy with the price I paid since it was the lowest in the 500 mile range from my home in the Bay Area. Another sales person helped me with get to understand the various features of the car in great detail while my paperwork is being processed. By the time I went to the dealership he had approved me with BMW Finance and had all my paperwork ready. It took me under 2 hrs to take delivery of the car. Finance department gave me all the credits like the 1730$ Navigation Credit, 1000$ off the Team USA Drive. I got a few followup calls from Sales, Customer Service, Finance team to ensure that everything was all right over the last 3 weeks. Will I buy another car from this dealership? For sure.
