AutoNation Ford Valencia

I initially purchased an F250 exactly the way I thought I wanted it. I bought it with nary a hitch with Howard Rutherford as the sales rep and Ty Woods as the finance person. Two days later I changed my mind and wanted a different truck and with nary a hitch it happened thanks to the willingness of Romeo the sales manager, Howard the salesman, and Ty Woods the finance guy. My experience with Howard and Ty especially has made such an impression that I will be coming back to Ford Valencia for a new Mustang. I intend to steer as many people to them as I can as I think they are very interested in customer satisfaction and want to not just make one sale but want to engage you enough to be a return customer.
