Great Dealership with even better Sales associates

My wife and I just purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze for our daughter. Our family and us have been returning customers for many years. If you plan to buy a car, go see Eddie Leon in the sales dept. He worked hard at getting us a great deal with no hassle. He was great at explaining all the features of the car to our daughter and even stayed late to make sure we had a smooth transition of all the features. He was very informative and thorough, you could tell right from the beginning he knew what he was talking about. The GM Adrian Varas is a stand up guy and backs his product and service. If you ever have any concerns, Adrian is very approachable and cares about his customers. And last but not least, the finance director Amir Henin was very pleasant to work with. The transaction was fast and all key factors to the contract were explained without leaving the important details out details. It wasn't a matter of just sign here, sign here, sign here. Amir went over the contract with us, and explained everything we were signing. Once again, go see Eddie Leon if you want a great deal without dealing with the sharks!!!

Great Experience

Andy Ho made my car shopping experience fun again no pressure test drove it and told him that I was also looking at a mustang. These are my final two models to decide on 2017 Camaro and 2017mustang. After a month or so decided on Camaro. After looking at all other dealerships Mountain View had the best pricing around 30 mi. radius no one can top them so I went back and got the deal done by Bob. Awesome job by these two people. You will not miss Bob he has a voice of Radio DJ announcer..

Andy Ho was exceptional in getting me into my 2016 Silverado, he was able to explain every process in detail and get me on the road as quick as possible. He took the time to show me how to setup and use all the features in my new vehicle, gave me a full tour of the facility, and let me know how to best utilize the service center for my convenience when needed. Some additional work was requested for my truck and Andy thoroughly followed up to make sure I got all the work needed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Mountain View Chevrolet and Andy Ho for anyone looking to purchase a new Chevy. Thanks Andy and Team!

A pleasant Experience at Mountain View

I found Mountain View Chevrolet after spending several disappointing weeks attempting to purchase a vehicle from my local Chevrolet dealership without success. I was prepared to give up finding the car I was searching for and had already decided to wait until the new models came out. My wife found an advertisement for MV, so I gave them a call, not expecting to find what I was looking for. What a difference it was to find a dealership and a salesman who was responsive to my needs and wants. I made contact with David Henriquez and he located my chosen vehicle while we were still on the phone, something my local dealer failed to do after several weeks. A few days and several phone calls later to work out the details, we made the 50 mile drive to Upland to purchase the vehicle and meet David. We were impressed with everything about the store and especially David, who was most gracious and accommodating. A great view of the mountains from "Mountain View", also. Our daughter will soon be in the market for an SUV, and when the time comes, our first call will be to David at Mountain View Chevrolet...

I purchased a Silverado in January of 2013 It was the smoothest car purchase I have ever made. I was there looking for a specific used truck and luckily they had one in stock. Adrian helped me find the truck I was looking for and was very helpful. The sales man I was directed to helped me out and answered all the questions I had. I would definitely return to Mountain View for my next purchase. Don't waste your time with other dealers.

I don't write reviews often but my experience with Mountainview deserves my time. I had read the couple reviews and had worried about doing business with them. What a different experience I had. Had what I wanted! Bought and drove out in 1 hour and 20 minutes Got me a better rate for financing than anyone else offered. Followed up with me over the last 60 days (4 times) Zahry the salesmanager is great and you should deal with him direct- mention Mitch Cummins sent you and let him know I said good things. Maybe i can get a oil change or something free in the future. So to wrap this up! See for yourself why I love Mountainview Chevy!
