I received multiple calls from a sales person at Sunnyvale Toyota after requesting an on-line quote. I wanted to return my leased Toyota Camery and purchase a new one. I had a quote from Capitol Toyota for $18,890 for a 2011 Camery LE. I was assured by sales associate in Sunnyvale that I am in a "Hassle free zone" and they will give me a competitive quote that no one can match. After spending two hours of presentation and BS stuff the sales associate printed a computer generate quote for a Camery LE with QA package (Alloy wheels extra $350) and after all the great discount the price came to $18,990. I told them that Capitol Toyota has the same car for $100 cheaper. Then the sales associate brought his manager (Mr. Yama if I am not mistaking his name) to put on a show and may be give me a break on the price. The manager was very rude. Not only he didn't match the price with Capitol Toyota, he removed the QA package and said that was a mistake on computer generated quote. Even the sales associate was not happy with his manager's attitude. Don't waste your time and don't fall for their Hassle free zone. I bought new cars in the past, but I never had such a bad experience with a dealer ship .
