Stan spent a lot of time with me, and it was all purposeful. He explained all aspects of the process, and details of the new car, and actually demonstrated stuff. Never high pressure. Clearly liked the product. It was no wonder that he has won so many sales awards. I also liked his sense of humor. And liked that he was also the finance officer for the deal. The appraiser of my trade-in 2007 Camry was likewise pleasant and straight with me; I had already had the car appraised at another dealership, so when he came in with his offer, which was about $500 higher than the earlier one, I knew he was probably offering me as much as anyone would have--not as high as I had hoped, but probably as high as I could have expected.
