Received a quick response to online price request but vague pricing, initially. After further contact, received a good price. Verified pricing on Edmunds and Kelly. Purchased car but the paperwork process is too long, plus attemps to "upsell" on warranty, etc. Biggest problem was no returned calls from the finance dept or general manager; saleaperson OK. Two weeks later the dealer called to say they made a mistake on the Toyota factory rebate and that I owed them $500. I politely declined. I'd probably buy another car there in the future. No sales pressure, but the buyer must do homework first and know exactly what they want and what the market price is. Edmunds, Kelly and Consumer Reports are very good resources.
