by 05/01/2023
onDuring a long wait for a part from GM Abel and Angel in service were very helpful answering my questions and as soon as the part arrived Abel called me and got it installed the next day and under the ariginal estimate. Good service as usual.

Does not stand behind their product
by 01/04/2020
onWent to get warranty regarding a fracture in rim that was not caused by impact. Looked like manufactures defect or damage done in GM’s chain of custody. Refused to take responsibility for their product.

Still dealer service

onAfter 269,000 miles on my S 10 pick up, I still take it to Chase for a regular oil change every 5000 miles. That should speak for itself.

onWent for an oil change and multi-point inspection. Got home, put the truck in the garage. Next morning, pulled the truck out of the garage, noticing a pool of oil under where the truck had been parked. I took the truck back to Chase. Seems they over-tightened the filter, causing it to leak. This is the second time this has happened. After replacing the filter and filling the oil, the mechanic said the oil drain plug was over-tightened and the copper washer was collapsed. Since they are the only ones that service the vehicle, they are the ones that crushed the copper washer on the drain plug. They said to remind them on the next service and they would replace it at no charge. My question is when they noticed it and it was on the rack, why didn’t they replace it then? Very poor customer service!

onRequested an oil change. Was charged 48.00 Service for a oil change. Was not told the price included a tire rotation. While waiting for my car I was given the paperwork. On the paperwork it was marked that I declined the rotation which was a lie. I was never told the service included a tire rotation. They failed to rotate my tires. Is the standard oil change 48.00 or was I over charged???

Horrible service ...
by 03/04/2015
onI bought 2 brand new Chevy cars in one visit to a dealership ... a 2011 Chevy Cruze and a 2011 Chevy Equinox. That was the biggest mistake I have ever made. My experience with both cars has been horrible and the service department here in Chase Chevrolet in Stockton, CA is so incompetent, rude and arrogant. At one point the service agent asked me if I know how to read ... WOW!! I spoke with the service manager and it seems that attitude is tolerated. I have escalated several of my issues to corporate GM to no avail. My gripe and experience seems to be consistent with everyone else in this forum .. http://forums.edmunds.com/discussion/13798/chevrolet/equinox/2011-chevy-equinox-problems/p37. I am a very patient/forgiving person but I think I have had it already. I should have listened to my wife to get rid of both vehicles long time ago and I have decided to do so. I've received so many class-action lawsuit letters on both vehicles and will be exploring that option now.

2012 Equinox
by 09/13/2011
onLove my new 2012 Equinox! So comfortable & I love the way it looks! Our salesman, Tracy, was awesome and explained the benefits of it vs the 2011. We purchased via the internet so when it was time to pick up the car, it was a quick, simple process. This is the 2nd vehicle we've purchased from Tracy at Chase (the 1st a 2010 Tahoe) and definitely not our last.
