Easy, fast, honest, after 3 weeks of waiting the quoted price was the price I paid. Salesman was polite, curious with fast replies to texted conversation. A pleasure to do business with Big Valley Ford.

BigValleyFord sold me a brand new rusty 2016 Ford Expedition

Big Valley Ford sold me this brand new rusted/corroded Ford Expedition Platinum in late August 2016. At first, it all seemed very nice. After around three weeks, my nephew, who likes car a lot, was amazed at this brand new car, and looked all around and even the bottom of the vehicle, which found out that there are a lot of rust/corrosion on the suspension system. We went back to Big Valley Ford the following day (Sunday) and tried to find our sales guy Aaron and JZ, who didn't do anything and asked me to come back at a weekday. So the following week (Wednesday), I took a day off for that and found their Sales Manager Eric, who took my car to Big Valley Ford's body shop, and took pictures of the rust/corrosion. He said he'd seen this before and he assured me that the situation will be remedied and fixed. I waited for them to call, but no response for a couple of days, then I went to the dealership again and the sales manager Eric assured me again that the situation will be fixed and asked me to wait for his call. But I didn't get a call from him a couple of days later. So I called back and he told me that Ford said it's normal SURFACE rust (how surprising!) and they wouldn't fix it. It's a brand new car with that much rust/corrosion on the suspension and they claimed it's normal. I called them again to their service manager Jesse who wouldn't help either. Ford and it's dealership Big Valley Ford totally deceived their customers. They didn't tell me the rust situation when I bought the car. After the situation is discovered, they wouldn't fix it. I believe Ford had totally tarnished its brand. I don't think anyone seeing this would like to buy a Ford again.

DREAM CAR

Wow my experience was amazing at BIG VALLEY FORD after experiencing a bad deal the day before at my local FORD dealership I went home and goggle MKC LINCOLN and put my name out there oh my gosh and that is how my story begins the following morning I went back to my local dealership as I was told by them to be there first thing in the morning so I could continue the deal the dealer hadn't showed up yet as my daughter was waiting for me in the parking lot the telephone rang and it was MARTIN from BIGVALLEY FORD I explain to him also what was going on at the local dealership he took all my information over the phone and then he said if I offer you more on your trade in would you come and see me we didn't even know how to get to STOCTON CA MARTIN gave us directions on how to get there so then we are on our way we are about a hour and a half away we arrive at BIG VALlEY FORD and met with Martin mgr and he welcomed us with open arms he showed me what he had on the lot wow so much to choose from I pick a out a silver one that had what I was looking for automatic lift gate sunroof leather seats etcetc so we went for a test drive and I fell in love with this MKC LINCOLN 2017 I was sold this is what I want but I explain to Martin that I wanted a black one he said you want a black one no problem I will find you a black one he found me a black one he said they will deliver it tomorrow! I am going be driving away in a 2017 MKC LINCOlN wow I am so excited this is all happening the MKC that I was looking at my local dealership was a 2015 MKC Martin made me a better deal on a brand new one with many more extras that I couldn't refuse more for my trade in and a better deal on a brand new so I made the deal wow I can't believe this is happening it was going so smooth after experiencing and bad deal the day before at my local FORD dealership Martin sent me over to the finance dept where I met with Tim the Finance mgr that went so smooth I couldn't believe that process either was going so smoothly he said to me that was so amazing that now I belong to the FORD family I will never forget that welcome my overall experience at Big Valley Ford was so amazing that even the following day I got a phone call from Chris another mgr from Big a Valley Ford thanking me also for my business so wow it was expierence I will never for get so thanks to the Internet anMartin making that phone call first thing that morning so THANK YOU BIG VALLEY FORD for making my dream come true !!my overall rating for this business 5 STARS PLUS Thanks Again on making this happen !!!!!!

2016 F150 XLT

The Salesman I used was fantastic. He listened to what I actually said and was easy to make a deal. Izzy Santos gets a 5 star rating from me. The only fly in the ointment was the Disabled Person Registration. We are working on a solution currently.

I'll be a loyal customer

Our initial thought of car dealerships were not that great.. however when we stepped into Big Valley Ford Lincoln we were greatly surprised that they went the extra mile to make us not feel nervous. We found the car we were looking for, test drove but need to talk it over and when we told them we weren't ready just yet they didn't get all high pressure.. we came back to talk about options and test drive again and again was not feeling pressured into buying.. we kept in touch via email and found exactly what we wanted and they were with us every step of the way and we feel we got the best deal! I highly recommend Big Valley..and Ray Ortega to help with choosing a perfect vehicle from start to delivery!
