On August 12, 2010 my wife and I purchased a 2010 Ram 1500 at Glenn E. Thomas Dodge. I had already completed most of the details with their Internet Sales Manager, Brad Davis, before arriving at the dealership. Brad was prompt, professional, and exceptionally responsive to my needs throughout the entire process. I told him I did not want to experience the typical car buying salesmanship and the games that go along with it. He far exceeded my expectations...a true professional. When I arrived at the dealership I worked with Brad's associate Steve. Again, another class act. He attended to my needs, was professional, and did his best to make us comfortable. We were there for several hours...he attended to us and never left us hanging. Michelle in finance has us in and out in nothing flat. My only con on the dealership is the old school closer approach. The sales manager will come out to negotiate with you and the tactics are very old school. At one point I almost told the guy he was [violative content deleted]. After he ran my credit report, and verified the internet add information I had brought with me, his tune changed. Great people and a great experience!
