Had a great experience at Boulevard GMC purchasing a 2500 Denali. The sales staff, especially Phil, were very respectful of my concerns and offers. We came to an agreement on what I consider a great price for a 2018 GMC. Great job guys!!!!!

My wife and I were set on the Acadia for safety reviews and general positive comments from people who we know who have the car. Given that my wife was 9 months pregnant and we have a 2.5 year old, we were able to email Josh through the whole process, arrive at an unbeatable price and then he even drove 25 miles north to deliver the car. It was much appreciated and he was professional and on top of everything from start to finish.

Josh was my sales person at GMC boulevard. I went to several other dealers as well but nobody came even close to matching the help and attentiveness I got at GMC boulevard. Josh stayed on top of everything including all the little details, without being pushy like other dealers were being. Even after I purchased my GMC Sierra 1500 Crew cab, he followed up with me to make sure I was happy with everything.

Taking advantage of customers

I took my truck in knowing that it had cracked heads but was instructed to take in by GM CUST SERVICE REP. I took the truck in told them what was wrong,they told confirmed that I was right and proceeded to charge me 150.00 for nothing. I asked them what they charged me for, and the service guy said for removing valve cover, but the funny thing is they never removed the valve cover, you couls see that they were never removed. I have been a mechanic for over 20 years I know what a bolt looks like after it has been touched with a tool, and the dirt and grime were still on the bolt heads. They just lost my business forever, and the funy thing is I was about to buy a new suburban from them, so I ended up buying one down the street. They lost commission off a car sale, and a customer for 150.00 not smart business. I have talked to a few people around town and they have had a bad experience with them also, so I am not the only one.

During the sales part of the transaction everything is nice and dandy.They got me a better loan even though I already had one preapproved. I was able to to redo the contract once just before they submitted the papers to the bank the following day BUT as soon as the bank send the money to the dealer which happened on the second day after the sale and then I wanted to cancel the other things that I agreed upon initially.They gave me run around and indirectly not cooperating by telling me this and that.I showed up at the dealer 3x times .At first I told them verbally, I went back to the dealer,I emailed their finance department about the request to cancel.Also they are telling me,you cant cancel the LoJack even though the transmitter is not on the car yet. Then on my third visit which is a week after I initially verbally told them,the finance person whom I met the second time , told me to put in writting. So they could have instructed me to do that on the first time I told them . The finance person told me that the money will go back to the bank in two months .They havent given me any confirmation papers that they will cancel this and that and this amount is going to the bank.I still will go back to that dealer and do that.After that , I will not deal with dealer anymore.Not even for a free oil change.

We LOVE Boulevard

My husband and I purchased our first new vehicle in 2004 and we had an AWESOME experience. We had zero pressure and everyone worked with us to get the right vehicle at the right price. The finance department even got a us a better deal then we had originally agreed to and redid all the paperwork for us days later when the interest rates dropped. I really feel that everyone there was working for us! have sent my mom and brother and they all ended up with great new cars as well! The service department is honest and helpful every time. We are loyal customers for life!

My wife and I purchased our GMC Sierra Truck from Boulevard and we honestly had the best experience. The sales staff was friendly and they made us feel comfortable. They treated us like we were part of their family. There was no pressure to purchase the truck! I think that is something every potential customer looks for. We are also using their Service Department for all of our service needs! We have recommended Boulevard to all of our friends and they to agree with us that Boulevard is #1.

Used Car Sales - Not Bad!

They had the car I wanted and I got it for the price I wanted to pay. I wasn't pressured or strong armed. They wanted to get the best price for them and I wnated to get the best price for me. I think it worked out for both of us.
