Samuel was very polite, respectful. He reviewed what the service included and he also made toime to have a technician install a new purchase of cargo area wall covers. And the Parts man ager gave me 10% off on all the items that I purchased. I purchased my car at Santa Cruz Subaru. I live close to Cypress and because my supervisor at the school where I work recommended Cypress for the excellent service that she received on a warranty part issue, I decided to not only purchase a Subaru, but to also go closer to home to Cypress. I would recommend Cypress for the Service and Parts Departments.

The sales staff works together to insure you have a great overall experience. Most dealers we've been to have sales staff competing against each other.. Which makes the visit uncomfortable cand frustrating. Cypress Subaru make you feel like part of their family from the time you drive up to when you leave.

Super friendly service! I was in and out within the hour. When I called to schedule the appt for an oil change they asked if I wanted to drop off the car or wait while being serviced. I told them I’d wait, and they worked efficiently to get my car taken care of within an hour.

Purchase of Subaru Crosstrek

Very pleased with the way the initial salesperson Michael handled my inquiry, test drive and he was patient with me knowing I would not be purchasing for a number of months. Still Michael remembered why I was not going to buy any car for a while yet remembered what the details were of the car I was interested in. He was gracious and pointed out pluses and minuses of different cars. He was honest in answering my questions. Then the purchase itself went without any issues. I had worked with the dealership on this purchase for a couple months. So in the end, they knew what my expectations were and they were great in fulfilling my needs.

I thought I was on Candid Camera. I went in to buy a Subaru from this dealer and was heckled off the site. The sales rep was very unprofessional and rude. He actually laughed at me and said that he didnt need to let me have a test drive because the Outback is so hot it sells itself. I thought for sure I was being pranked until a friend of mine said that she tried to buy a car here but was sent nasty text messages from this dealership when they found out that she bought her car somewhere else.

MAZDA NIGHTMARE

I recently took my mazda for service and the experience was one of the worst I have encountered. My vehicle needed to have a coolant reservoir installed. Per service advisor the repair could be done while I waited estimate $172. After dropping off the car, headed to a local shop down the street for breakfast. I get a call from the advisor to let me know the radiator was broken (?) Need to have the radiator replaced, car not driveable. had taken this vehicle to another mazda service shop a week earlier, per that shop only thing wrong with the car was the sensor inside the coolant reservoir (9/25) the part was ordered and I drove the car for 10 days with zero problems. The car did not overheat, my son checked the coolant and oil several days after 9/25 levels perfect. This vehicle is garaged, so I checked the area where the car is parked, zero coolant leak. Called previous dealership, did they noticed any leaks in radiator. No! Mysterious radiator breakage. Ok let's fix it estimsate $700+ Need the car for 2 days. OK. OPPS, customer you are stranded!! We have a shuttle, that can't take you home because you live out of our immediate area. No mentioned of this when I made the appointment. Rent a car (of course from Mazda) or find our own way home! from $172, then $700+ plus car rental..... We own BMWs, (which happens to be across the street from Mazda) and GUESS WHO TOOK ME HOME WITHOUT EVEN HAVING A VEHICLE IN THEIR SHOP FOR SERVICE, THE BMW SHUTTLE SERVICE. AMBARAZING FOR MAZDA, KUDOS FOR BMW AND LUCKY ME! 2 DAYS LATER, NEW RADIATOR LEAKING, BACK AT MAZDA FOR MORE REPAIRS!!!!
