Hansel Mazda sold me a car. They sold me a car with promises they had no intention of keeping such as a free service. I had to make several attempts to get a reservation for this "free service". Then when I got there they had no record of it and weren't expecting me. After getting signed in the lady said it would cost X-number of dollars. I had to remind her it was free. She had to again check with her boss, Lloyd, who is a VERY unpleasant man. He's condescending and rude. I eventually got this "free" service and a what amounted to a kick-in-the-ass as I left. The car they sold me was damaged. When I got home and noticed a large scratch on the left rear corner. I called the sales manager, Greg Stirnaman. He said it was no problem and they'd take care of it. It's been several months now and they've forgotten about it. They're certainly not "taking care of it". Now I have to take them to court to get it taken care of. The finance manager made a mistake while closing the sale. A mistake no competent finance manager should make. It resulted an error in our favor of 112.00. In spite of the fact that it was his error they are making me pay for it. I told them I shouldn't have to pay for their error to which they said they were going to keep billing me, threatened to report derogatories on my credit and turn it over to a collection company. The person who said this is Karen in the accounting department.
