I booked a service appt. online and never got a confirmation. I ended up having to call and spent about 20 minutes before determining my appt. was in fact scheduled. Dropped car off for service and was told to sign up for shuttle to take me to work. 40 minutes later, no shuttle. I asked a clerk at the counter how long before the shuttle arrives and was informed the guy was there the whole time but hadn't checked in. Waited another 10 minutes and decided to walk. I regret my Acura purchase and I regret having to go to Santa Monica Acura.
