I recently purchased a vehicle through Steven's Creek Nissan. After getting the classic runaround I was sold a car they did not have on the lot (they did not let me know that) and had to drive back the following day to pick it up. All minor except I discovered damage to the front hood, a few days later (I picked the vehicle up in the dark, in pouring rain), After repeated unreturned phone calls and no response bfrom emails I sent, I brought it back to show them. They refused to take responsibility. I still have neot heard back from the General Manager despite further communication. Completely unacceptable. I would stay away from them.
