When my car told me to bring it in I said, Woha a talking car. It did need a few things, tires, wipers, oil, changed oil, an oil change and its general service...And all was well. All joking aside Ken was my service rep and he told me what it needed and got it to me same day. Great service.

I brought in my vehicle because of the flashing red light on the controls and the convertible not working. I told the woman who scheduled my appointment. I told my service coordinator. Over $400 later, red light not even checked. $200+ for diagnostics. $200+ to take out backseat (of 2 seater car......

they try to tell me that my battery was bad and i need it a new one so that they can run a test , not only my battery was good they couldn't run the test but still charge me for it or they wouldn't release my car
